The Washington Toxics Coalition, a nationwide coalition of environment groups, is scheduled to launch a new database Wednesday to inform parents about hazardous toys. The site at healthytoys.org will feature ratings for 1,500 toys based on test results and alert parents of any chemicals, such as lead.
