Free 411 directory calls

When you’re out and about and need a phone number or address, you probably call 411. And your telephone provider probably charges you for the call. Here are a couple of directory information services you may not know about. The calls are free.

The downside? One of the services is still in the testing phase so it may have glitches and the other requires you to listen to a brief advertisement.
