On October 31, 2016, Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson issued a White Paper making findings and recommendations for administrative improvements and legislative changes to improve Washington’s laws and policies related to access to firearms in our state. This White Paper examines some of the legal, policy, or practical issues surrounding this topic, and was prepared in response to a request from Governor Jay Inslee in Executive Order 16-02.
