Identification and application of criteria to be used in determining the eligibility of a community for state funds appropriated by § 51, chapter 76, Laws of 1983, 1st Ex. Sess. for the one‑time cost impact to communities associated with locating additional state correctional facilities.

Salaries and wages for work performed in the penitentiary must be paid from the Penitentiary Revolving Fund.If the earnings of a prisoner are to be paid to him, they must be paid at the time of release or discharge.

State Reformatory and Penitentiary inmates may work outside the institution only in honor camps for purposes of reforestation, woodcutting, land clearing, and processing of foods in state canneries.
