SEATTLE – A debt management business that allegedly misled consumers about its for-profit status will pay $4.5 million to settle claims brought by 20 attorneys general.
GlaxoSmithKline agrees to resolve case over Paxil and other drugs
OLYMPIA – Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna announced today that the state will receive over $6 million from a settlement with international drug manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).
Gov. Chris Gregoire today appointed Lisa Sutton to the Thurston County Superior Court. Sutton replaces Judge Richard D. Hicks, whose retirement took effect Sept. 30th, 2010.
