The Washington State Clemency and Pardons Board will hold a special hearing at 9 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 1, 2008 in House Hearing Room C of the John L. O’Brien Building in Olympia to consider the Petition for Clemency by the Washington State Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty re Darold Stenson. TVW will cover the hearing live on TV and on the Web.
Due to operational necessity, the scheduled execution of Darold R. Stenson has been moved to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla.
