Other LanguagesOLYMPIA– On Monday, Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Randy Dorn will announce their partnership with the Entertainment Software Association Foundation and the non-profit Web Wise Kids to introduce an innovative youth Internet safety program that will be used in 70 Washington schools.
Web Wise Kids uses video games to teach students how to protect themselves from online predators, cyber-bullies and scammers. It also warns kids about illegal downloading. Representatives of Web Wise Kids will conduct demonstrations of each of the games for reporters.
