John Mulinski faces separate criminal charges in King County
SEATTLE – A Covington contractor agreed to resolve concerns of consumers who complained that work they were promised and paid for was never performed.
John Mulinski, who signed the agreement to resolve an investigation by the Washington Attorney General’s Office, has provided home remodels, roof repair and inspections under a number of names including Home Curb Appeal and National Inspectors.
Under the agreement filed in King County Superior Court, Mulinski also agrees to comply with state consumer protection laws and reimburse the Attorney General’s Office nearly $13,000 in attorneys’ fees and legal costs connected to the state’s investigation.
