$100 million Comcast suit moves forward
SEATTLE — Attorney General Bob Ferguson issued the following statement today, after King County Superior Court Judge Timothy A. Bradshaw ruled that the state’s lawsuit against cable television and internet giant Comcast can move forward.
“The court correctly rejected Comcast’s attempt to evade responsibility for deceiving its customers,” Ferguson said. “Washington consumers deserve their day in court.”
Trial is currently set to begin on July 31, 2017.
