About Domestic Violence Liaison Larry McKnight

 Investigator Larry McKnight, a 10-year veteran of the Attorney General's Office, is available to all counties statewide to play a supporting role in virtually any aspect of domestic violence where the Attorney General’s Office can be of assistance to local communities.

McKnight is deeply committed to his new role, and stands ready to assist local communities in any way possible to address the problem of domestic violence in Washington state.

Background & Qualifications:

  • More then 15 years of uniformed law enforcement experience, specializing in child crimes and sexual assault crimes.
  • Experienced advocate for domestic violence victims
  • Certified Law Enforcement Trainer
  • Served on the Marion County District Attorney’s Task Force on Domestic Violence (The task force procedures on all levels of domestic violence response were adopted statewide.)
  • Member of the AGO Domestic Violence Resource Team
