BUSES ‑- JURISDICTION OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OVER SERVICE AND RATES OF BUS COMPANIES OPERATING INTRACITY Matters pertaining to rates and service of an intracity bus company affecting the general public are subject to commission jurisdiction notwithstanding a city franchise covering such matters, but matters pertaining to the cities' proprietary interest, such as the manner of the use of the streets, is under the control of the city.
