I was sworn in for the second time last year as state attorney general. The oath of office requires that I "swear to support the Constitution of the United States and the constitution and laws of the state of Washington." It's an oath that I'm honored to take — and one that I take very seriously.
SEATTLE – A Covington contractor agreed to resolve concerns of consumers who complained that work they were promised and paid for was never performed.

CHEHALIS — Like millions of latch-key kids, 10-year-old Marlin Fryberg had too much time on his hands.  The child of a single, working mom was left to fend for himself after school and during breaks.
