SEATTLE--The Attorney General’s Office, represented by Assistant Attorney General Melanie Tratnik, today filed charges in King County Superior Court against King County Assessor Russell Scott Noble. Noble has been charged with two counts of vehicular assault, one for each victim in a drunk driving accident on Jan. 18. Arraignment is set for March 19th, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. in room E-1201 at the King County Courthouse. Links to the charging documents are provided for your convenience.
