Filing a Complaint with the AGO is as simple as downloading a PDF/WORD file or filling out our online form. - Decide if you want to file your complaint by mail or online.
- Choose the proper form from the boxes at the right.
- Fill out your form carefully and submit online or through the mail.
- We need help! We're always looking for new volunteers to join our division to help consumers and businesses resolve disputes. Are you fluent in Spanish or Russian? We're especially interested in volunteers who are bilingual. Please consider joining our team.

- The Washington State Office of the Attorney General can only process complaints which involve either Washington State residents or businesses located in Washington State. If the Washington Attorney General's office is not the appropriate agency to handle your complaint, Consumer World maintains a large list of agencies that may be able to help you.
- Find out where to mail your complaint.
- Please remember that our small complaint handling staff receive more than 20,000 complaints each year. It may take a few weeks for us to get back in touch and we very much appreciate your patience!
