The General Volunteer & Internship progam is still suspended and we are not accepting applications for that program at this time.
If you have questions or need clarification regarding volunteer opportunities, please send your questions to: HRemployment@atg.wa.gov
Please note: Volunteers to the AGO are also subject to the guidelines for the criminal conviction screening process in response to the Fair Chance Act that went into effect in June of 2018. FCA prohibits employers from automatically or categorically excluding individuals with a criminal record from consideration before determining that they are otherwise qualified for the position.
As the final phase in the volunteer application process, the Human Resources Office will contact the volunteer applicant to complete the separate criminal conviction screening process.
