STATEWIDE CITY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM ‑- RIGHT OF CITY TO WITHDRAW FROM SYSTEM A city participating in the Statewide City Employees Retirement System may withdraw from such system under the provisions of chapter 228, Laws of 1953, section 2, subsection 5, notwithstanding any provisions contained in subsection 1 of the same section.
