STATE SUPPORT OF COUNTY HOSPITALS -- PUBLIC ASSISTANCE MEDICAL CARE FUNDS -- LIMITATIONS OF APPROPRIATIONS Appropriation, with express limitations, for administration of Medical Care Act during 1955-1957 biennium is independent of and not to be deemed increased or decreased by advances made to county hospitals and infirmaries during previous biennium.
