PUBLIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ‑- STANDARDS OF ASSISTANCE ‑- UNIFORMITY The Department of Public Assistance may establish separate standards of assistance for Old Age Assistance, Aid to Dependent Children, Aid to the Blind, Disability Assistance and General Assistance, each to be of uniform, state‑wide application.
