COUNTY TAX TITLE LANDS, RESALE OF ‑- POWERS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ‑- SUBDIVISION OF TAX TITLE LANDS Under § 3, chapter 172, Laws of 1945 (RCW 36.34.010) county commissioners are expressly authorized to direct the resale of tax title land in parcels of a size less than that in which it was acquired.
