TAXATION ‑- EXCISE TAX ‑- MECHANICAL GAMBLING DEVICES Operators of mechanical gambling devices known as "The Clock" are subject to a tax at the rate of 40% of the gross operating income pursuant to chapter 82.28 RCW.
