ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEY ‑- ENGINEERS NOT REGISTERED IN WASHINGTON ‑- PRACTICE OF ENGINEERING LICENSES ‑- ENGINEERS NOT REGISTERED IN WASHINGTON ‑- PRACTICE OF ENGINEERING PARTNERSHIP (1) An engineer or engineers not registered to practice within this state may practice engineering in conducting a feasibility study. (2) An engineer or engineers not registered may not conduct supervisory engineering during construction, with qualifications. (3) A partnership in which the partners are engineers is a proper organization through which to practice the profession of engineering.

LEGALITY OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CORPORATION TO PRACTICE ENGINEERING If a firm of professional engineers incorporates in order to practice that profession as a professional service corporation under the provisions of chapter 122, Laws of 1969 (now codified as chapter 18.100 RCW), it is nevertheless still required to comply with the various registration and filing requirements of RCW 18.43.130 (8) in order to engage in the corporate practice of engineering in this state.
