PLANNING COMMISSIONS - REGIONAL - AUTHORITY OF VANCOUVER-CLARK COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION TO QUALIFY FOR FEDERAL GRANT FOR URBAN PLANNING The Vancouver-Clark County regional planning commission has authority under the laws of the state of Washington to fulfill the federal requirements necessary to qualify for an urban planning assistance grant under § 701 of the Housing Act of 1954.
