SEATTLE—Attorney General Rob McKenna and five interpreters will arm Seattle’s Asian communities with fraud-fighting tools Saturday. McKenna’s office, the Asian Pacific American Resource Network (APARN), and the Asian Counseling & Referral Service (ACRS) organized the Theft and Medical Fraud Prevention Event, being held this Saturday at the Asian Counseling & Referral Service office.
